How To Use :

  • Mixing ratio 1:1, 1 part desired Blonde Expert Highlift shade and 2 parts of 9% (30 Vol.) or 12% (40 Vol.) Cream Developer
  • Apply to dry unwashed hair. Development time after application is 40-45 minutes.
